Return & Exchange Policy

At Motorsport Mutts, we want you and your pup to love your gear! If you're not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free returns and exchanges.

No-Questions-Asked Returns – 14 Days

You may return your collar or leash within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unworn, except for trying it on your dog to check the fit.

• It must be in its original condition, free from signs of wear, dirt, or damage.

Exchanges – Because We Want It Just Right!

If your collar or leash doesn’t exceed your expectations, we’ll happily exchange it for another one of equal or similar value.

• If a similar item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at zach@motorsportmutts.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

2. Ship the item back to us in its original condition. (Return shipping costs may apply.)

3. Once received, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
